How to Save Your Game in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin

Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin review 4

While Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is a Final Fantasy game like no other, it’s still sizeable. And that means you’re going to want to save your game very once in a while.

Like most games these days, Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin has an autosave feature that saves your progress for you under certain circumstances. If you want to make sure you don’t lost any progress when turning the game off, however, there are some things you should be aware of.

While the autosave system found in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin does a good job of preventing you from losing a meaningful amount of progress should you suffer from some sort of disaster, it’s good practice to manually save your game before turning it off. You can manually save your game when on the world map or when interacting with a “cube” out in a field. We say “cube”, as while they start as cubes, they turn into glowing spheres when close.

You’ll find multiple “cubes”, or spheres, as you explore each of the locations found in Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin, and by interacting with them you can heal yourself, improve your jobs, send items to storage, and more. Simply select the Save option that’s quite far down the list when interacting with a “cube” to save your progress. After that, you can safely select the Return to Title Screen option if you wish to quit playing.
