Dying Light 2: Stay Human is getting a new update which, amongst other things, introduces a new photo mode.
Aside from the fact that photo modes are by and large fantastic, we’re especially excited about Dying Light 2 getting a photo mode. You’ll be able to take some absolutely gruesome snaps as the dead bear down on you; at least, you will if you enable photo mode before they tear your face off.
Aside from a photo mode, today’s 1.4 update will also add recurring quests to the zombie parkour game. You’ll be meet Harper, a former nightrunner who will dish out bounty quests. These bounty quests will require you to take on special, hardier mutated infected. The good news is that you’ll be able to rank up and acquire new items by undertaking these quests.
After clearing out way too many bandit-infested mines in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, we don’t have a great deal of time for repetitive, recurring quests. But we know a lot of people will get a kick out of it and it’s absolutely free, so you’ve nothing to lose from it being there.
Dying Light 2 developer Techland plans on supporting the title for another five years, with additional content, events and the like (though not all of it will be free). Prior to this they’ve released free costumes, though this is the most substantial content to date.
