Can You Group Units in Starship Troopers: Terran Command?

Starship Troopers: Terran Command

Wondering if you can group units together in Starship Troopers: Terran Command? Here’s everything you need to know.

Extermination isn’t easy. In Starship Troopers: Terran Command, you’ll need to co-ordinate your units extensively in order to blow apart the giant Arachnid enemies that swarm the surface. You may want to designate some troops to defence and others to the clearance of hives. To do this, being able to group units together would be very helpful.

Here’s the bad news: you are unable to group units together in Starship Troopers: Terran Command. There’s no way to group units into permanent and easily selectable larger groups.

Not all is lost, thankfully. You can click and drag over an area, which will grab any unit within that are. But it’s not a permanent pairing, so you’ll need to redo it each time you want to select multiple groups at once.

In our opinion, the lack of ability to group units together is perhaps Starship Troopers: Terran Command’s biggest flaw. It would make playing much easier and streamlined if that one simple feature was in place.
