Wondering how to revive a friend who has been downed in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge? Here’s how.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is a lot of fun, but it can be chaotic at times. That means it’s easy to take damage and, if you’re not careful, before you know it you could be down for the count. Thankfully, when you’re playing in co-op, another player can come along and revive you. It’s easy to do, too – as long as you’re quick.
To revive another player in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, simply approach them. Hold down the left shoulder button (L1/LB) for a few seconds, and they’ll be brought back to life with a half-replenished health bar. Easy, right?
Well, yes and no. The act of reviving someone is easy. But the action doesn’t stop when you’re doing so. If you’re reviving a friend, you’re open to attack. And if you take damage, the countdown to revive them resets.
When someone is downed, there’s only 10 seconds until they’re dead completely, losing a life. You’ll see a little timer appear above their heads. Fail to revive them in that time, and that’s it: life gone. Thankfully, as long as they do have a life, they’ll be brought straight back into the game, with their health bar full again.
