House Flipper 2 Has a New Gameplay Trailer

House Flipper 2

House Flipper 2, which lands on PC and consoles in 2023, now has a snazzy-looking gameplay trailer.

The previous trailer was essentially a mock-up, but this new trailer shows House Flipper 2 in action, as the unseen protagonist tackles a broken-down ruin. Like the original, the aim of the game is to tidy up old, damaged or dirty house and “flip” them for a profit. However, House Flipper 2, which was announced in February, is set to go beyond that.

Aside from tidying up and performing repairs, you’ll also be able to build houses from scratch. We’re not sure we’ll have the patience for this activity ourselves, but we’re definitely looking forward to see the monstrosities other people create. We’re thinking Winchester Mystery House-level nightmares.

The trailer certainly makes House Flipper 2 look a lot prettier than the original. Since it’s bypassing last-gen consoles, developer Frozen District has more power to work with. However, we’re hoping that consoles won’t get a raw deal. There’s nothing wrong with the console version of House Flipper, but downloadable content can take a while to arrive. Or, in some cases, it’s skipped consoles entirely.

The game has a relatively vague 2023 release date, though it is (so far) set to release on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4 and PC simultaneously. You can check out the above trailer or wishlist it on Steam here. Or if you missed out on the original House Flipper it’s 50% off on Steam, making it just under £10.
