Great news for Nintendo Switch fans: there’s a Nintendo Direct livestream scheduled for tomorrow.
Airing on Nintendo’s YouTube channel at 7am PT/10 am ET, the Nintendo Direct will last around 40 minutes, and will be mostly focused on games coming to Switch this winter. That’s good news: almost everything shown will have a release date in the next few months. Hooray!
We don’t expect everything to be exclusive to Switch, of course, and indeed they won’t all be Nintendo first-party titles. We’ll likely get a look at some games we already know are coming, alongside titles that will also be coming to other formats.
However, if you’re in the UK, you won’t find the livestream on the Nintendo UK channel. Normally, a Nintendo Direct is localised and livestreamed on each of Nintendo’s main regional accounts (UK, America, Japan). But as a mark of respect during the UK’s period of national mourning following the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the livestream won’t be available on the Nintendo UK channel.
It’s a rather pointless move in our opinion, as the North American stream will be available to watch at the same time. And the stream will appear on Nintendo UK’s YouTube channel as a video-on-demand just an hour later (at 4pm BST).
Wherever in the world you are, you can watch the stream on Nintendo of America’s YouTube channel by clicking here. Or simply watch it below.
