Playing through the Nature & Nurture quest, the first that new Dreamlight Valley resident Scar will give you, will take you to a brand new area. You’ll find yourself exploring the Vitalys Mines, and in there you’ll find a note that tells you that root beer is good for removing night thorns. Huh. There’s just one catch: it has to be extra fizzy. And so you’ll need to figure out how to make Extra Fizzy Root Beer in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
In your inventory, you’ll find some new items: a recipe for regular root beer, dried ginger and some crackling candy. Use the recipe from your inventory to add it to your recipe collection. However: if you simply choose this recipe in the kitchen, you’ll end up with regular root beer. For Extra Fizzy Root Beer, you need to substitute regular ginger for the dried ginger.
And so, to make Extra Fizzy Root Beer, you need to combine the following:
- Dried ginger
- Sugarcane
- Vanilla
That’s it! You’ve made Extra Fizzy Root Beer! You can now go back to the Vitalys Mines, and add this, along with the crackling candies, to the barrel and continue with the quest.
