If you’re a Final Fantasy VII fan, chances are you’ll be chomping at the bit to play Crisis Core now that it’s available on more than just the PSP.

Setting up the story of the legendary PlayStation RPG, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion is a HD remaster of the PSP classic that features familiar faces such as Sephiroth, Aerith and even Cloud. But if you’re thinking about playing it, you might be wondering: how long does it take to beat it?

For those just interested in the story of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion, it needn’t require too much of their time. In fact, those simply heading through the game’s story without engaging in any side content might complete it in as little at 10-12 hours. Most players though, taking on the odd side-quest here and there for additional fun and extras, will probably spend 15 or so hours with the game before they see the credits roll.

How long does it take to fully complete Crisis Core: Final VII Reunion? Now that’s another question. There’s an achievement / trophy for beating the game on Hard difficulty for one, which may force some players to go through it twice or start on the harder level straight away. And then there’s the fact that there are 300 optional missions to be completed. Overall, there’s about 60-80 hours of gameplay to be had for those intent on seeing and doing everything.
