Do you need help completing Woody’s mission, Failing Better, in Disney Dreamlight Valley? Here’s everything you need to know.
Once Woody is a resident in Dreamlight Valley, a mission called ‘Failing Better’ becomes available. Once you’ve accepted the mission, the first thing to do is go talk to Remy. You’ll then find some, er, interesting sounding meals in your inventory: Gooey Paste and Salty Garlic Cheesecake, both made by Woody. And you’ve got to eat them. Mmm, tasty.
Thankfully, this is a video game. And so you can’t actually taste them. And nothing bad is going to happen to you by eating them. They do taste awful, according to the game, though. Go back and talk to Remy to tell him all about how awful they tasted. Next, talk to Woody. You can lie to him, or tell him how bad his cooking it. It’s up to you (and it doesn’t matter).
Woody tasks you with making two much more appetising sounding meals: Vegetarian Pizza and Cheesecake.
To make Vegetarian Pizza in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need:
- 2x Vegetables
- 1x Tomato
- 1x Cheese
- 1x Wheat
To make Cheesecake in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you need:
- 1x Cheese
- 1x Wheat
- 1x Sugarcane
- 1x Raspberry
When you’ve got all the required ingredients, go to Remy’s – or anywhere with an oven – to make them. When they’re made, take them to Remy. Then, talk to Woody. He’ll then ask you to follow him to Dazzle Beach. He’ll ask you to catch some cod and gather wheat so you can make Goofy his dinner.
Sorry: even if you have cod in your inventory, you’ll need to catch some more this time. Thankfully, cod is common, and you’ll find it at Dazzle Beach, the Glade of Trust and Forgotten Lands. When you’ve got them, go talk to Woody. Next, go find Goofy and give him the ingredients.
Once again, go back to Woody. This time, he’ll ask you to help him clean up his Carousel. Go inside, and interact with the piles of trash to remove them. When they’re all cleaned up, you’ll get a memory orb showing the carousel all lit up. Talk to Woody one last time, and that’s it: Failing Better mission complete.
