Fall Guys is crossing over with.. Invincible?
Yes, that’s right – as of tomorrow you’ll be able to play Fall Guys as one of three Invincible characters, Mark (Invincible), Atom Eve and Omni-Man. On on the one hand we’re big fans of this series – on the other, we’re wondering if Mediatonic, makers of this knock-out battle royale, have actually watched the show.
Why? Because the sheer amount of violence in the first episode of the animated series (based on Robert Kirkman’s comic) is really something. However, it looks like they’ve wiped the blood off these three outfits. So, unfortunately, you won’t be able to wobble around covered in gore. But you can absolutely bet players are going to milk the show’s infamous “Think, Mark!” meme. As well they should.
The outfits are available from January 5th and, going by previous costumes, they’ll be unlockable with in-game crowns or, in a roundabout way, real money. You can expect them to be time-limited, because Fall Guys capitalises on the Fear of Missing Out. Sure, you could earn crowns but the costume might be gone by then.
