Atelier Ryza 3 Patch Notes: New Maximum Difficulty, Bug Fixes and More

Atelier Ryza 3

Have you been finding Atelier Ryza 3 a little too easy? The latest patch, live as of 27th April, might be of interest to you.

Since its release in March, Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key has had a handful of updates. The latest patch to Atelier Ryza 3 is available now on all formats, and along with fixing a number of in-game bugs, it also adds a ‘Maximum Difficulty’ mode.

Exactly how difficult Maximum Difficulty will be remains to be seen. But it’s safe to say that if you’ve found Atelier Ryza 3 a little too breezy so far, then this is going to be the update for you.

Along with adding the new difficulty mode, the Atelier Ryza 3 patch notes reveal that a number of issues have been addressed. You can also now change the in-game background music by visiting Ryza’s Diary in her atelier.

Here’s a round-up of the other fixes addressed by the patch:

  • The “Your own answer” trophy should now unlock correctly after completing Patricia’s quest
  • The “Klaudia, the Artist” quest should now initiate properly
  • Issue with “The Underworld Forest” quest being impossible to complete has now been fixed
  • Fixed an issue where a “locked” symbol was sometimes incorrectly displayed on gathering points
