Ever wondered what would happen if you mashed up the Resident Evil 4 remake with Pixar’s Ratatouille? This PC mod has the answer.
If you’ve not been wondering then you’ve missed out on Mouse Ashley, a bizarre but adorable Resident Evil 4 remake trend. Sparked by a single tweet, people have been imagining – and drawing – NPC Ashley Graham as a tiny, cheese-hungry mouse.
And now, thanks to modder Cathroon, Mouse Ashley, or Moushley, is a real thing. This mod (with a model by animator/dev TheComicFiend) gives protagonist Leon Kennedy the full Ratatouille treatment.
Install this PC mod, and you’ll see a tiny Mouse Ashley perched atop Leon’s head, controlling his every move. You don’t actually get to yank at Leon’s hair, QWOP style, but we’re sure you can use your imagination.
The bad news is that you’ll still encounter a human Ashley, clearly some kind of horrible impostor. But if you’ve been melting at the very thought of Mouse Ashley this mod could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
You will need the full version of Resident Evil 4’s PC remake – modding is still, mostly, limited to the PC. And on top of the mod you’ll need to download Fluffy Mod Manager, both of which require a free NexusMods account.
