It’s been years since EA last released a golf game.
After a whopping 7 year wait, though, PGA Tour is back. The new EA Sports PGA Tour launches this Friday on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC, but if you’re an EA Play member, you can play at least a bit of it right now thanks to early access.
On console, EA Play members can download EA Sports PGA Tour and spend up to 10 hours hitting balls in holes. Meanwhile, on PC, EA Play Pro members have access to not only the full game, but the deluxe version. That includes the Masters gear, the Grand Slam gear bundle, and 1,500 PGA Tour points. So, if you’re golf fan it’s worth jumping in, even if only to see if it’s been worth the wait.
There are benefits in-game for being an EA Play or EA Play Pro member, too. As well as 10% off preorders, monthly drops of Pro Shop perks will be available, including shirts, hats, and more.
Don’t have EA Play or EA Play Pro? You can watch some EA Sports PGA Tour gameplay below. The game is also available to preorder now from retailers such as Amazon.
