Her role as a doctor means that Natasha is naturally going to be a team healer. She can deal a little damage, but her place on the team is not to explore offence. Much like Bailu, Natasha’s healing is tied to her HP, so she needs a boost here for the ideal build.

Secondly, Natasha’s build should lean into buffing her energy regeneration to act more often, leaving you with plenty of heals.

Best Light Cone for Natasha in Honkai: Star Rail

The best light cone to use for Natasha is Shared Feeling.

This light cone increases the wearer’s outgoing healing by 10%. When the wearer uses their skill, they regenerate two energy for all allies.

Best Natasha Relics and Planar Relics

The best relic armour for Natasha is Passerby of Wandering Cloud (4 set):
