Microsoft has released a free Diablo 4 dynamic background, letting Lilith take over your Xbox.
This Diablo 4 dynamic background is only available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. Sorry, PlayStation-owning Diablo 4 fans, you don’t get to have Lilith menacing your games. The PlayStation 4 has dynamic themes but Sony seem to have dropped that with the PS5.
So how do you get your hands on this theme? It’s a piece of cake. You just need to into your Xbox’s settings menu, find personalisation, which should be on the first page, then go do dynamic backgrounds.
Select the games section and the Diablo 4 theme is, right now, the first one there. Click on to install and and there you go. It’s a rather impressive look and we’re not just saying that because we’re afraid of Lilith hurting us.
The theme is suitably hellish, with flying debris and a sinister red glow. It’s not dramatically animated, none of the Xbox dynamic background are. But if you’re putting time into Diablo 4, it’s a fitting way of reminding yourself that there are more enemies to be annihilated.
