Diablo 4 is nearly upon us and now Blizzard has revealed the times it’ll unlock in various regions.
It must be tricky deciding just when a game unlocks. Deep Silver took the easy route with Dead Island 2, having it unlock at midnight in all regions. That’s nice and simple, right? But it also meant that people in, say, Australia, got to play it much earlier than people in Britain. Blizzard has taken a more traditional stance with the Diablo 4 unlock times.
Why the difference? Aside from other factors, this is an online game so, assuming the servers can take the rush, it pays to have plenty of players involved. Players who purchased the Ultimate or Digital Deluxe edition have had early access but these Diablo 4 unlock times are for those who didn’t.
So when does Diablo 4 unlock? This, naturally, doesn’t cover every country but here are the unlock times:
June 5th 2023
- Irvine, 4PM PDT
- New York, 7PM EDT
- São Paulo, 8PM BRT
June 6th 2023
- London, 12AM BST
- Berlin, 1AM CEST
- Istanbul, 2AM TRT
- Seoul, 8AM KST
- Sydney, 9AM AEST
- Auckland, 11AM NZST
