Robocop: Rogue City’s Pre-Order Bonuses Have Been Announced

Robocop: Rogue City's Robocop, pocked marked with bullet holes.

Wondering what Robocop: Rogue City’s pre-order bonuses and special editions are? Nacon has revealed all, including a special edition skin that’s a call back to the original movie.

Just over a month away from release, Robocop puts you on the big, clompy metal shoes of Alex Murphy. It’s been delayed a few times, most recently being pushed from September to November.

But if you have faith it won’t be delayed again, there are various pre-order and special edition bonuses on offer. All Robocop: Rogue City’s pre-order bonuses are digital only. Pre-ordering the game will net you the Vanguard Pack, which includes a skins for Robocop and one for his weapon.

First, there’s the Blue Armour, from the Robocop 2 movie. We weren’t keen on it at the time but we’ve grown to like the look. Though it was still a mistake not to have Basil Poledouris score the film. You also get a pitch black version of Robocop’s Auto-9 handgun.

Then there’s the Alex Murphy edition. It gives you the OCP Shotgun, the prototype version of the Auto 9 and a bullet-pocked skin for Robocop. The latter’s ripped right out of the first Robocop movie, where Murphy was blasted to within an inch of his life.

That edition also gets you a Digital Artbook and Early Access to play the game 48 hours before its launch. The Alex Murphy Edition is only £5 more than the regular edition, though it’s disappointing to see more and more companies are pulling the whole early access trick. You can see the bonuses on show in the above OCP-themed trailer.

Robocop: Rogue City is out this November 2nd, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
