An engaging and unique first-person shooter, Immortals of Aveum is most certainly one of the victims of 2023’s hectic release schedule. But there’s still time to show it some love, and you can now try it for free.
A free trial for Immortals of Aveum is now live on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam, allowing players to try out the game’s first three chapters. For a limited time only, there’s 50% off its retail price, too, so those who wish to continue their journey can do so for just £29.99 on PC and £34.99 on consoles.
Further sweetening the deal is the fact that the game has just received a substantial free update. The Echollector Update adds brand new endgame content to Immortals of Aveum, challenging Jak to rid Aveum of four corrupted Shatterfanes. It also includes new gear rewards, and new lore that tells the story of The Echollector, an ancient Arystean being.
The Echollector Update adds more for fans of the game, too. It introduces New Game +, for example, which rebalances various aspects such as enemy health and damage while also allowing players to further upgrade their gear. For those who want an extreme challenge there’s also a new Grand Magnus difficulty. And this is all in addition to the usual benefits brought by updates such as performance and quality of life improvements.
