Check Out These Fantastic Posters for Amazon’s Fallout TV Show

Fallout TV show

Amazon’s Fallout TV show isn’t arriving till April next year but there are some gorgeous new posters for fans to feast their eyes on. They’re not wall-filling size but they’re impressive nonetheless.

Fallout doesn’t connect directly to the events of the games, other than the end of the world, but as revealed in this Vanity Fair article, it’s very much considered canon. That article gave us a look at some of the series locales’ and now we’ve got some even snazzier pics to look at.

Tweeted out by the official ‘Fallout on Prime’ channel, they’re labelled ‘new companions’, suggesting they’re all of equal standing. Though, from what we’ve heard, vault dweller Lucy is going to be the first main character we meet. There’s a poster for each these characters:

  • Lucy
  • The Ghoul
  • Maximus
  • Dogmeat V2.0

Okay, the dog doesn’t have a name as yet, but we know a little about the other characters. Lucy is a vault dweller and has lived all her life inside Vault 33. She’s forced to exit by some kind of calamity and has to brave the wasteland. The Ghoul is just that, a ghoul who’s lived for hundreds of years but who hasn’t gone feral as some of his fellow ghouls have. And it looks as if that good boy belongs to him.

Maximus is a member of the Brotherhood of Steel, a squire to a power armour-wearing knight. How does he end up with the other two? We’re assuming some horrible calamity befalls the Knight and he’s too ashamed to face the Brotherhood. Either way, looks like this trio will end up roaming the wasteland together.

We’ll have to wait to find out, though. Amazon’s Fallout TV show debuts on Amazon Prime this April 12th.

Weekend Editor // Chris has been gaming since the days of the Acorn Electron, which was allegedly purchased to 'help him with his homework'. You can probably guess how well that went. He’ll tackle most genres – football titles aside – though he has a taste for games that that are post-apocalyptic, horror-oriented or thought provoking in nature.
