Wired Productions and KeokeN Interactive have today announced that their acclaimed space adventure, Deliver Us The Moon, has a Switch release lined up for next month. Switch players will be able to enjoy this atmospheric trip to the moon from 16th July.

We loved Deliver Us The Moon when we played it on PS5. We called it an “excellent sci-fi adventure”, going on to say “It gets the balance of puzzles, exploration and storytelling just right, and the narrative running through it is one that will keep you invested until the credits roll.” Safe to say we liked it, then.

Deliver Us The Moon is set in a near future where the Earth’s energy resources are running out. A space agency has been set up to harness energy from the moon — but the mission failed. Some years later, you’re sent to the mission site to discover once and for all exactly what went wrong. There are no Dead Space-style scares here, then, but exploring an abandoned lunar facility is really creepy.

While we expect some of the visual fidelity will be lost on Switch (naturally), Deliver Us The Moon is still a treat — and if you’re a Switch gamer with a love of space, this is one adventure worth jumping into.

If you don’t want to wait, it’s available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC right now. The Switch version is launching on 16th July.
