Moody sci-fi adventure Alone With You is free on the Epic Games Store
Looking for a story that’ll tug at your heart strings? We’ve got just the game for you and it won’t cost you a penny. Thanks to the Epic Games Store’s weekly giveaway, sci-fi adventure Alone With You is absolutely free on the Epic Games Store.
This narrative-driven outing sees you struggling to escape a doomed colony. The catch is that there’s only one space shuttle left and it’s not in working condition. It’s your job to breathe life into it and jet off to greener pastures. Along the way, you’ll interact with four holograms, discover who they were and just what happened to them.
In our Alone With You review, we awarded it 7 out of 10, remarking that “It’s very-much worth investing in due to the fantastic story it tells and the game’s palpable world.” But we did note that it didn’t always succeed in making you care about the four holograms.
And, for the grand price of zero pennies and zero pounds, you can’t argue. You’ve got from now until Thursday September 10th, 4PM BST, to claim Alone With You at Epic Games Store. Or if you’re strictly Steam only, it’s 85p on the Steam Store.
Next week, you’ll be able to claim Astra Ascent and Luftrausers, a 2D roguelite and a frantic shoot ’em up respectively.
