The gorgeous Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth is now on PS5 and Switch 2, and it’s well worth your time
It might not quite be wintry yet here in the west, but with autumnal days and colder nights looming, the perfect cosy game has just landed on PS5 and Switch 2. After a stint on PC and Switch, Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth is available to a new legion of players, and if you’re a fan of narrative-driven adventures packed with heart, you’re going to want to add this one to your library.
Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth casts players as the young Moomintroll who wakes up early one winter while his parents and most of his friends are still deep in hibernation. Heading out into the cold, snowy Moominvalley, he ends up embarking on an adventure that sees him help his neighbours, keep his parents safe and a whole lot more.
In our review of the Switch version of Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth, we called it a “fantastic visit to the Moomins universe”, stating:

The game is available now digitally on PS5 and Switch 2, costing $19.99 or your local equivalent. If you’ve already got the Switch 1 version, you can upgrade via the eShop for free. Furthermore, physical editions will be landing in stores from 16th October, including a limited Collector’s Edition from iam8bit.
