A PowerWash Simulator 2 demo is available now on Steam

Making its way to PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch 2 and PC sometime later this year, I’m rather looking forward to PowerWash Simulator 2. There’s just something about cleaning things with a pressure washer that’s undeniably therapeutic and rewarding, even though I could be doing something more productive in real life. Ahead of its launch, however, PC gamers are being offered the chance to go hands-on with the eagerly-awaited sequel thanks to a demo.

That’s right: a demo for PowerWash Simulator 2 is available to download right now via Steam. So, if you’ve got a PC or laptop capable of doing it justice, you could be cleaning brand new objects and locations with fresh new features and tools before the day is done. The only caveat is that you’ll have to clean alone, as the demo is single-player only.

So, what’s included in the PowerWash Simulator 2 demo? Quite a bit, actually. Jump in, and you’ll find that you’re able to clean both a removal van and a public facility. You’ll have access to the new home base, too. When it comes to the equipment that’s available, you’ll be able to make use of the Prime Vista 1500 and Urban X U1 starter washers, as well as the new SwirlForce Floor Cleaner, which we particularly enjoyed when we previewed the game ourselves earlier this summer. You’ll have access to bubble soap, too, to help with those tough bits of grime.

Needless to say, the PowerWash Simulator 2 demo should give you a good idea of what to expect from the full game when it launches, which is more than just improved visuals. Hell, it’s even got cats which you can pet. So, if you’re a PC gamer, maybe give the demo a download.

PowerWash Simulator 2 launches later this year on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch 2 and PC.
