Persona 5 to launch on Valentine’s Day 2017

We seem to have been waiting forever for more details on the highly anticipated Persona 5, but finally a release date has emerged: 14 February 2017.

There’ll be two editions of the game available on PlayStation 4 – an exclusive premium edition called the “Take Your Heart”, completed with a 64-page art book, a 4-inch push of Morgana, the feline mascot of the group, a Japanese-style school bag, soundtrack CD and a steelbook case all stored in a keepsake Persona 5-themed box.

The standard version of the game will have a limited “day one” run that will also include the collectible steelbook.

Atlus have also confirmed that Persona 5 will still be releasing on PlayStation 3 (for whatever reason…), with a standard physical edition available on the same day as PS4.

We expect to see more information on the release at E3 next week. Until then, you can find more details out on the Persona 5 official website.
