Nioh gets next Beta Demo tomorrow

Back in April, Team Ninja released a rather lengthy alpha demo for one of their upcoming games, Nioh. Up until that point not many had heard of the game. Over the course of just 10 days almost a million players tried out the demo for the upcoming Action RPG. Soon after, Team Ninja took surveys and now, a few months later, are back with a new and improved beta demo for Nioh.
If you missed Nioh on PS4 (it is a PlayStation exclusive) back in April then don’t fret as tomorrow’s demo lasts for nearly two weeks, ending on September 3! If you don’t know what kind of game Nioh is an apt comparison would be the Dark Souls series. Much of its attention back in April came from close comparison between the two and you wouldn’t be wrong to think so. Nioh is difficult but fair, dangerous but rewarding and most of all – a whole lot of fun!
From the surveys of players Team Ninja took after the alpha they have promised that this beta will be much improved. If you found Nioh a little too difficult or hard to learn for your taste, don’t worry! There will be a new dojo stage which teaches the basics of the combat system. A new stage to play in and explore is also available as well as more weapons and completely new weapon types. Numerous small fixes are also fully listed here over at Team Ninja’s website (including the removal of that pesky weapon durability system).
The Alpha build also included a free DLC on release for those players who completed it and players will also receive another free selection of items for completing this demo as well.
