The sequel to one of the most spooky horror games we’ve ever had the misfortune of playing was unfortunately delayed back in August until early 2017. The good, and rather surprising, news is that a short demo for Outlast 2 suddenly appeared on the PlayStation Store last night.
Update: The demo is now available on Steam.
While the full title is coming to PC and Xbox One as well as PlayStation 4, it seems as though the demo is currently only available on Sony’s console. The sequence is only around fifteen minutes long but is still enough to scare the socks off you. The demo does seem to be the same segment that was shown off at PAX East earlier this year and while not officially released, some of you may have caught the leaked version.
Outlast 2 is set to release early next year for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The game will, once again, have you playing as a journalist scouring weird places you really shouldn’t be.
