You may have forgotten but Ubisoft’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands does, in fact, release today. Even with the threat of legal action from the Bolivian Government over their country’s depction in the open-world game.
As always, a launch trailer has been released. Showing off the very best – and most bombastic – things that can be done in Ubisoft’s newest open-world adventure. Violent, high-octane chases, blowing helicopters out of the sky and massive explosions are expected, and present, here – right after the trailer tell you to “Become a Ghost”.
Of course, you aren’t going to sell many copies if your trailer was four American men sneaking through bushes – but, well, you get the point. Although, Wildlands may have problems of its own selling units anyway. Some of Ubisoft’s last big releases, Watch Dogs 2 and Steep, both had relatively low sales at launch – Watch Dogs 2 has improved over time – and this is a particularly busy time.
Are you and any friends thinking of picking up Ghost Recon: Wildlands? Or are you too busy with Breath of the Wild and Horizon Zero Dawn?
