Here’s Everything Sony PlayStation Announced at Paris Games Week 2017

E3 only seems like yesterday to me, and already we’ve had a CRAP TON of new announcements dumped on us thanks to Paris Games Week.

It’s no bad thing though; PlayStation owners have a hell of a lot to look forward to. In case you missed the conference and pre-show, we’ve got everything that Sony announced right here. *Deep breath*

Guacamalee 2 is coming soon. The game supports up to four players, and chickens are back and better than ever! If you played the first game, it looks very similar — but just newer and shinier.

The Hong Kong Massacre is a gritty top-down shooter set in, you guessed it, Hong Kong. There’s a very distinct Max Payne, BladeRunner vibe to it.

The Gardens Between is a cute-looking game in which you control time. It’s a single-player narrative-driven puzzle game with no dialogue. Set to released sometime in 2018.

Locoroco 2 Remastered is coming 9th December. There’s new collectibles, new characters, and 4K support on PS4 Pro.

Sims 4 is just around the corner. It’s been confirmed to be the same game as the PC version, just with console UI. It’ll get updates to match PC.

Tennis World Tour is a tennis game made by some of the developers who worked on Top Spin 4. Finally, a proper tennis game!

Megalith is coming to PSVR in 2018. It’s an action-packed hero shooter.

Bow to Blood is coming to PSVR in 2018. It’s a fantasy reality TV show that puts you in charge of flying a pirate ship. Those disappointing words popped up though: procedurally generated.

Ultrawings VR is coming soon. It’s a challenge-based flying sim… with shooting.

Sprint Vector is a first person racing game coming to PSVR. The name of the game is to run, jump, climb and fly.

Moss, the game with that cute mouse who we saw at E3, is releasing on PSVR in February 2018.

Starchild is a cinematic platforming adventure game. We already knew about this one, but we got to see a fancy new trailer.

Resident Evil 7 Not a Hero DLC got a grizzly new trailer.

Dead Hungry is getting a PSVR version. You can make food for hungry zombies from tomorrow. Happy Halloween!

Stifled is a PSVR game also launching tomorrow. It’s a first-person horror that, in the vein of Perception, requires you to make noise to find your way around.

League of War: VR Arena is coming to PSVR on 7th November. It’s a table top strategy game that combines RTS/tower defence.

Monster of the Deep — Finally we got a better look at that Final Fantasy 15 fishing spin-off that we’ve all been waiting for… kind of. Again, it’s a PSVR title, but it’s standalone, meaning you don’t need to own FFXV (but you probably already do if you’re at all interested in fishing in its universe). We got a new trailer, and it looks quite fun, actually. PSVR.

Speaking of Final Fantasy XV, we also got a new trailer for Episode Ignis, which is coming December 15th.

Invector  is a rhythm game by Hello Games. If you’re a fan of Avicii, then this one is for you. Think Amplitude or Frequency.

Oure is a game that nobody will ever know how to pronounce. (Oh-ray, apparently). It’s a Journey-style adventure that sees you fly around as a dragon. It looks gorgeous. Oh, and it’s available right now. Go, go, go.

Spelunky 2 is coming! We got a short teaser trailer, but there’s no release date just yet.

Oh, by the way? All those announcements were just the damn pre-show. Yeah. Here’s where the actual conference kicked in:

A gorgeous samurai adventure called Ghost of Tsushima was announced. It’s being developed by Sucker Punch, of Infamous fame. We are very excited for this one.

Concrete Genie is a beautiful looking action adventure where you play as a young boy equipped with a quill sword. Beautiful neon drawings come to life in order to help him on his journey and solve puzzles.

Erica is an interactive movie that uses PlayStation’s PlayLink service. “Touch her world”!

Blood and Truth is a PSVR title from London Studio. It looks gritty and fun; a little like Getaway crossed with The London Heist.

We got to see a new trailer for Far Cry 5, which is coming on 27th February.

Destiny 2‘s first expansion, Curse of Osiris lands on December 5.

Aloy will be in Monster Hunter World on PlayStation 4. There’ll be a beta of the game available from December 9th.

On Rush is a new racing game by Codemasters, and it looks mental – in a good way. It’s got a feel of Motorstorm and is packed with all kinds of vehicles.

We got a new trailer for Spiderman Homecoming.

We also got to see a new trailer for Detroit: Become Human. It showed us some more of Kara, and by god, it looks brilliant.

God of War is coming Early 2018. A new trailer showed off some more gameplay of Kratos and son in action.

We got a new trailer for Shadow of the Colossus. Unsurprisingly, it looks gorgeous.

Finally, the show ended on a trailer for The Last of Us Part 2. It looks brilliant. Brutal, but brilliant. And nothing like we expected the next trailer for The Last of Us 2 to look like.

And breathe. Yup, that’s a lot of games. Now we just need to wait for the majority of them to get release dates.
