Look, you just shouldn’t be naked around kids. It’s just not the right thing to do. Apparently though, my nanny in Sims 4 didn’t get that memo.
I’m not sure what happened. One minute she was fully-clothed, milling around her nanny duties, occasionally tending to the children but more often than not just sitting watching TV. Then I take my eyes off her for two minutes with the camera fixed somewhere else. The next time I see her, she’s absolutely stark naked.
It’s just not appropriate behaviour.
I probably should have just fired her there and then, but I was too bemused by the whole situation. Nobody seemed to bat an eyelid. The toddlers carried on pestering her as usual. The older kids acted like nothing was wrong, and the adults didn’t seem to care, either. Perhaps they’re all just very accepting of my nanny’s apparent sudden adoption of the naturist lifestyle.
Just how she came to lose her clothes I’ll never know. As a hired nanny, she’s not a resident of the household. I can’t take control of her and tell her what to do. And, as far as I’m aware, as hired help, she doesn’t shower, bathe or change clothes while on her shift either. So her clothes just got… lost at some point.
I should have expected something like this. She’d often be in a “flirty” mood while talking to the adults of the household. Again, not entirely appropriate when she’s meant to be looking after babies and toddlers. But I wouldn’t expect that to extend into full-on nudity.
Anyway, it took a couple of days but she finally put her clothes back on. Nannies.
