Esper is Coming to PSVR and HTC Vive

First person puzzle game Esper has been around a while on Oculus Rift and Gear VR, and it’s finally releasing on other VR formats very soon.

From Coatsink, the team that brought us Shu and Augmented Empire, Esper is a VR-exclusive title set in 1970s London. Something’s not quite right – members of the public suddenly have telekinetic powers. As such, a national security protocol has been put in place in order to ‘test’ the powers of those affected. As one of the people to be displaying special abilities, you must sit through a number of trials, using your powers to solve puzzles.

If you own a PSVR headset, you’ll be able to play Esper on 29th June. The game will be available on the PlayStation Store for $7.99.

It’ll be available on HTC Vive via Steam a week later, on 6th July. Esper is also coming to Oculus Go and Xiaomi Mi.

Check out the trailer below. Keep an eye on GameSpew as we’ll have more coverage on the PSVR version of Esper in the next week.
