Bethesda Has Revealed Fallout 76’s 2022 Road Map and it’s the Pitts

Fallout 76 2022 Road Map

Fallout 76’s 2022 road map might look a little familiar if you’re a long term Fallout fan, though we’re on the fence as to whether that’s a good thing.

How so? Because on the one hand, we’ve got fond memories visiting The Pitt and Nuka Cola World, locations which are both set to figure into 2022’s content. On the other hand, we’re not sure that reliving past glories is the way for Fallout 76 to move forward.

Still, the online-only Fallout game will be offering players the opportunity to revisit post-apocalyptic Pittsburg and meet the workers who toil in its foundries. Nuka Cola World, will, on the other hand, be going on tour so it’ll be coming to Appalachia, not the other way round. Both these chunks of DLC will be free, added to Fallout 76 at some point this year.

Aside from Nuka World and The Pitt, which will be arriving in Fall and Winter respectively, other content is on the way. Spring will see the arrival of Season 8, including “Invaders from Beyond”, an alien invasion which promises to rock the Appalachian wasteland. Yes, you can expect everyone and their dog to get their hands on a raygun.

On top of that, there’ll be new public events, new fights against robotic opponents and more. You can find the full details here, though the one thing we’d kill for, an offline mode, is still off the menu. Maybe next year.
