Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is Currently FREE on Epic Games Store

Stop whatever you’re doing right now and get your butt over to the Epic Games Store, where Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy is available for the grand sum of zero. No catch: it’s just the free game of the week. And what a free game it is.

OK, there’s no immediate rush: Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy will be free on the Epic Games Store until next Thursday, 11th January. But make sure you grab it at some point this week. To claim it, you’ll need to have an Epic account, and to play you’ll need to download the Epic Games client. That’s it, though. No credit card details necessary or any of that nonsense.

We had a whale of a time when we played Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy when it released back in 2021. It puts you in the shoes of Starlord where you’re accompanied by Gamora, Groot, Rocket and Drax. It’s got its own original story, and making your way through it is a joy. And, of course, in Guardians of the Galaxy style, you get to rock out to an epic eighties soundtrack as you play. What more could you possibly want?

In our Guardians of the Galaxy review, we called it a “rip-roaring adventure through space that left us wanting more”. We also called it “one of Marvel’s best video game outings yet”.

So: jump on it at add it to your PC gaming library absolutely free. Go, go, go.
