Jackbox Party Pack 12 will offer another bundle of outrageous party games this October

We love a good Jackbox Party Pack here at GameSpew, so we’re glad that we’re going to have another one to jump into soon. It’s been announced that The Jackbox Party Pack 12 will launch across PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, Switch 2 and PC on 15th October. And as ever, it will offer five games perfect for playing with family and friends. Though you can play them with pretty much anyone you like, really.

The five games included in The Jackbox Party Pack 12 are never-before-seen, making it feel fresh while also putting everyone that plays on an equal footing. It includes Megapals, a game for wordsmiths, We Forgot a Card!, a game in which you create amusing cards, Idol Factions, a game about sorting answers into categories, Hyperface, a game which asks you to take selfies before drawing upon them, and finally Debate and Switch, a game in which you’ll have to debate a range of topics. It certainly seems like a varied and entertaining selection to us.

Though The Jackbox Party Pack 12 is not the only thing that Jackbox Games is currently cooking. A standalone sequel to one of the developer’s most popular games is entering early access this September before fully launching across consoles and PC next year. Launching 17th September, Trivia Murder Party 3 will offer yet more horror-infused trivia, and for the first time it will offer online multiplayer, allowing for solo play. Check out a trailer below.
