The PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for July have been revealed

Another month means another bunch of games for PlayStation Plus subscribers to add to their libraries and enjoy as long they remain members of the service. This July, three games are available to PlayStation Plus subscribers of all tiers, and all are available for both PS4 and PS5 which makes a change. Though they’re a strange bunch, consisting of RPGs and a first-person shooter.
The PlayStation Plus Monthly Games we’re getting in July are:
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
- For the King 2
- CrossCode
The highlight of July’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games offerings is undoubtedly Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. It’s got a solid campaign to play through, and as well as the usual online multiplayer it also has a Zombies mode which is great fun played alone or with others in co-op. Be sure to add it to your library if you don’t already own it, though as with all Call of Duty games, you’ll need quite a lot of space to download it.
If you’re not into shooting things, then the other two games being made available to PlayStation Plus subscribers this July might be more your cup of tea. First up there’s For the King 2, an adventure that blends elements of roguelites and tabletop RPGs to create something rather unique. You can play it alone or with others in co-op, too. In addition to that there’s CrossCode, a retro-inspired 2D action RPG with charming 16-bit visuals.
All three games will be available from next Tuesday, 7th July, and you’ll have all month to add them to your library. That means you only have a few more days left to grab June’s PS Plus Monthly Games – Grounded, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2. Make sure you claim them over the weekend.
