It’s been six years since the release of Red Dead Redemption and we finally have our first glimpse of the long-awaited sequel. Releasing sometime Fall 2017, Red Dead Redemption 2 will once again whisk you away to the Wild West – this time focusing heavily on both single-player and multiplayer.
The first thing you’ll notice is how beautiful this game looks. From the dense forests of Tall Trees to the cattle-ridden plains, everything here looks absolutely stunning. Of course, this is only an announcement trailer, and coming in at barely over a minute we don’t see too much of anything else. A voice-over and the same posse we have seen in various images gives us a clue to the games story but we will just have to wait and see.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will release in Fall 2017 for Playstation 4 and Xbox One
Ruaraidh - pronounced Roo-Ree - is a Scottish gamer with the name and games to prove it. He enjoys mostly everything, unless it involves exercise, and much prefers to run around inside a good, open-world RPG, being chased across the lands by a horde of monsters after his sweet loot. When he has made his escape, he will often return to the real world to continue playing anything with a good story - indie or otherwise.
