Limbo developers Playdead’s new game, Inside, released last month to critical acclaim (including from us) for Xbox One and, a week later, PC. The week delay on PC and the lack of a PS4 release means that Playdead had some form of an exclusivity deal with Microsoft that we weren’t exactly sure when it would end.
After a leak of Inside’s trophy list earlier today, VG24/7 got confirmation that the indie hit will be arriving on PS4 sometime at the end of August. There is no exact date nor any information on pricing but it will most likely be around £15 considering its £14.99 cost on Steam and £15.99 on Xbox One.
If you are a PS4 owner and intrigued I would encourage you not to look too much into the game as it really is something that shouldn’t be spoiled. Just know it’s a puzzle platformer with a similar eerie and dark atmosphere to their previous game, Limbo. It’s also spectacularly good.
