Ubisoft Begin 30 Days of Giveaways

ByRuaraidh Dempster

To celebrate the unfortunate, impending Christmas spirit, along with Ubisoft’s own 30th anniversary, the company are beginning a month of giveaways. There is a new giveaway every single day until 23rd December. For today, you can claim a free copy of Rayman Classic on iOS or Android.

This promotion, which requires a Uplay account, is running alongside Ubisoft’s Ubi30 celebration – again, marking their anniversary. This month’s Ubi30 nets you a free copy of Far Cry: Blood Dragon on PC.

As with everything on the internet however, while Ubisoft did want the contents of each days giveaway to be a secret, people snooped around in the HTML of the page and found out. So if you do want to know what exactly is being given away on each day of the promotion; head over to this reddit page.

While most days seem to be something like a poster or wallpaper, 9th December may be the date to look out for. On that particular Friday, Ubisoft are doing a “300 Game Giveaway” where they are giving away 300 copies of some of their latest titles.

Ruaraidh - pronounced Roo-Ree - is a Scottish gamer with the name and games to prove it. He enjoys mostly everything, unless it involves exercise, and much prefers to run around inside a good, open-world RPG, being chased across the lands by a horde of monsters after his sweet loot. When he has made his escape, he will often return to the real world to continue playing anything with a good story - indie or otherwise.
