Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds Gets a Release Date

Sony showcased Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds at E3 this year, and now developers Guerrilla have revealed its release date as 7th November.

Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds was a nice surprise at E3 this year. It certainly is a world I want to explore more of, so The Frozen Wilds coming in November will hopefully be a fittingly chilly adventure leading up to Christmas.

On the Playstation blog Community Manager at Guerilla, Jeroen Roding, gave little away on what we can expect: “Set in icy territories to the north, this new chapter of Aloy’s journey adds a new area to explore, new mysteries to uncover and new, highly lethal machines to take on.”

There’s an incentive to pre-order the expansion from the PlayStation store that rewards players with an exclusive Horizon Zero Dawn avatar.

If somehow you missed the trailer reveal at E3 you can watch it below.
