Iron Banner

Along with the normal engram reward system, players can now buy the Iron Banner armour for 10 Iron Banner tokens a piece. - Chest Armour: Melee or Grenade kills
- Helmet: Win 25 Matches
Three weapons are available for purchase as well, costing 60 Iron Banner tokens each. Here’s a look at each new weapon:

Perks: Three barrel options, Accurised Rounds, Assault Mag, and Opening Shot
Bungie assures players that the past slew of Iron Banner weapons is still available for drop through the reward engrams. Get out there and battle your fellow Guardians and get that sweet, sweet new armour and those beautiful new weapons. That’s all there is to Iron Banner in Destiny 2 this week, but before we move on here’s a look at the new armour set-ups for each class! There’s no limit to tokens earned so have at it!

Powerful Engrams
Nothing out of the ordinary for this week, folks. Here’s your breakdown:
- Complete Nightfall Strike
- Clan XP earned from Strikes, Raids, World Activities, and Crucible
- Leviathan Raid
- Call to Arms (Crucible Matches)
- 3 Heroic Strikes
- Flashpoint: Nessus (Public Events)
Nightfall Strike
This week you’re tasked with travelling to Titan to tackle Savathûn’s Song and dismantle the giant Shrieker. Again, no burns this week but your modifiers at hand are:
- Momentum: Health and Shield regeneration halt when not moving, but increase when sprinting.
- Timewarp: Anomalies: Locate and destroy anomalies to extend the mission timer.
Another Strike that has a lot of intense fighting sequences that are littered with several Majors and slews of enemies. Prioritise crowd control and DPS. Any Hunter with the Orpheus Rig should find an unlimited opportunity for tethers here. Feed your Titans and Warlocks the orbs they need to keep the Super onslaught coming.
Update 1.1.2
Lastly, this week brings along the much talked about Update 1.1.2 into Destiny 2. Namely, it features the introduction of Masterwork Armour and new improvements on the Raid armour and Prestige Mode. There’s a litany of information to comb over for this update, so head over to Bungie’s website to get all the details.
That’s it for this week, Guardians! Enjoy Iron Banner while it lasts and get lootin’!
