Strange Brigade 3

Things are starting to ramp up.

Soon, AAA video game releases will be hitting us thick and fast as we approach Christmas. But before then we have August, which is a nice balanced month with some cracking indie titles landing alongside some bigger, more well known releases.

Want to know what you’ve got to look forward to playing this month? Read on, and ponder the state of your bank balance.

Guacamelee! is one of our favourite metroidvanias of all time, so we’re extremely excited about its sequel which is released this month. Guacamelee! 2 looks set to offer more of the same combat-laden platforming action, but we’re sure there’ll be enough tweaks and additions to keep it feeling fresh.
