Is Resident Evil Village’s Baby Chris Redfield what your Monday needs?
Absolutely not, but we can’t unsee this Resident Evil Village mod and we’re sure as hell going to make sure we don’t suffer alone.
Yes, Resident Evil Village already has a small mod scene. Even before the game was out, there was a PC add-on to turn Lady Dimitrescu into Thomas the Tank Engine. We’ve also seen a mod that that turns her into Ada Wong, one that equips you with a fly swatter and another that adds series baddy Albert Wesker to the game.
But for sheer nightmare fuel you can’t beat Mini Me Chris, available at NexusMods. Ethan’s daughter Rose only appears briefly in the game, but this mod swaps her out for Chris Redfield; essentially, a baby with Chris Redfield’s human-sized head.
It’s absolutely as disturbing as it looks and the more we think about it, the more we need an economy sized bucket of brain bleach. As if having his hand hacked off in Resident Evil 7 wasn’t enough, he now has to change Baby Chris Redfield’s nappies.
Enjoy that mental image. As Resident Evil Village’s mod scene grows it’s only going to get worse.
