How to Solve the Doll Puzzle in Resident Evil Village Shadows of Rose
In the second part of Resident Evil Village Shadows of Rose, you’ll find yourself in a creepy house.
In this horrifying section of the game, you might really find yourself on edge. And then to make matters worse, you’re forced to complete a puzzle involving freaky-looking dolls. But don’t worry, if you’re stuck on this doll puzzle in Shadows of Rose, we’re here to help.
To solve the doll puzzle in Shadows of Rose, first make sure you grab Doll(1), Lucy, from the table in the workshop. Then, get Doll(2), Catherine, by backtracking through the long corridor, and opening the door you couldn’t open earlier with the recess that should be in your inventory. In that room, you’ll find a puzzle that you can’t complete yet, so just pick up Doll(2), Catherine, then go back to the workshop.
From the workshop, go through the door on the left. In the next room, you’ll find a puzzle to complete that requires just two dolls. Put Doll(1), Lucy, on the left, holding the stick, and Doll(2), Catherine, on the right. The drawer will open, allowing you to pick up Jimmy’s Room Key. Pick up the key, as well as the dolls, then head to Jimmy’s room via the workshop.
Use the key to enter Jimmy’s room, and in there you’ll find a well. Go down the well and you’ll find Doll(3). Pick it up and get out of there. Now you have three dolls, go back to the room you opened with the recess – now you can solve the puzzle in there. Doll(1), Lucy, goes on top of the steps holding the rod, Doll(3) goes on left, holding the present, and Doll(2), Catherine, goes on the right, standing and laughing. Once all dolls are placed, a drawer will open, allowing you to pick up Doll(4), Black Haired Doll.
With all dolls in your possession, go back to the workshop. Now you need to place them all again. Doll(1), Lucy, goes on the bottom left, Doll(2), Catherine, is placed top left, Doll(3) goes in the top right, and Doll(4), Black Haired Doll, should be placed bottom right.
Well done, you’ve just completed the most complex puzzle in Shadows of Rose. Your reward? The breaker box key so that you can continue the horror.
