This March, PowerWash Simulator Lets You Clean Up Final Fantasy VII

PowerWash Simulator Midgar Pack

PowerWash Simulator’s Midgar Special Pack is coming next month, and it’ll let you take a hose to Seventh Heaven.

Yes, your read that right, the Midgar Special Pack for PowerWash Simulator will let you take your high-pressure cleaning kit to the Final Fantasy VII bar. Though, sadly, it’ll be empty, so you won’t get to powerwash patrons off their stools. Like the recently-released Tomb Raider pack, it’s absolutely free for owners of the original clean-em-up. Or, if you’re on the Xbox, it’s also free – along with the full game – on Xbox Game Pass.

The pack looks to be based upon Final Fantasy VII Remake, rather than the original. It was teased a little while back though developer FuturLab has now announced which locations and items you’ll get to degrime. Those five locations/jobs are:

  • Hardy Daytona and Shinra Hauler(1 job)
  • Scorpion Sentinel,
  • Seventh Heaven,
  • Mako Energy Exhibit
  • Airbuster

The Mako Energy Exhibit is just that, a model for Shinra to show-off. So you can happily spray it down without sending the entire city into meltdown. Probably.

Seventh Heaven is the  bar owned by Final Fantasy VII party member Tifa Lockhart and, thanks to a secret basement, it doubles as Avalanche’s HQ. Though we don’t yet know whether you’ll get to powerwash the basement or just the main bar.

You can find out this  March 2nd, when the Final Fantasy VII Midgar Special Pack arrives in PowerWash Simulator. The game is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch. You can check out our review here.

Weekend Editor // Chris has been gaming since the days of the Acorn Electron, which was allegedly purchased to 'help him with his homework'. You can probably guess how well that went. He’ll tackle most genres – football titles aside – though he has a taste for games that that are post-apocalyptic, horror-oriented or thought provoking in nature.
