RoboCop: Rogue City is ridiculously cheap on PS5 but you’ll have to be fast

Itching to dispense justice in Detroit City? Then rush over to the PlayStation 5 store, where the PS5 version of RoboCop: Rogue City is available for the ridiculously low price of £7.49/$8.99. That’s the cheapest the game has ever been, Black Friday sales included.
RoboCop: Rogue City covers the gap between RoboCop 2 and RoboCop 3, the latter of which isn’t as bad as everyone made out. You won’t be leaping, Max Payne style through any doorways, but you do get to stomp your way through crime-ridden Old Detroit, dealing with both street-level villainy and corporate corruption.
We reviewed RoboCop: Rogue City and sang its praises, awarding it an 8/10 rating and calling it “..effective use of a much-loved IP.” And unlike some of the cyborg cop’s previous games, it actually makes you feel like RoboCop, blasting criminals while bullets ping off you. Developer Teyon previously gave us the superb Terminator: Resistance, and the it delivered an equally excellent game here.
Sadly, there’s no discount on the DLC and the Alex Murphy Edition of RoboCop: Rogue City is still at full price on PlayStation, so make sure you don’t accidentally buy that. We have the ever-watchful Wario64 to thank for spotting this, part of the PlayStation Store’s weekend sale. There are other titles on offer, though the only one that jumps out at us is Carrion, down to a bargainous £3.99/$4.99.
So if you’re ready to go Robo, head over to the PlayStation store and snag RoboCop: Rogue City. You’ll have to be fast though; this and the other weekend PSN deals finish on March 3rd.
