Save 40% on the superb Superliminal with this weekend Steam deal

Looking for a game that’ll turn your brain upside down? Then snap up the superb Superliminal, a superb first-person puzzler/walking simulator which is just £10 thanks to a weekend Steam deal.
In our Superliminal review, we awarded it a 7/10, saying it was “..a hell of a ride – and on many levels it’s a technical masterpiece.” What makes it so special, other than its gorgeous aesthetic? It’s the fact that you alter the world through perception and perspective.
Hold a cube at a distance, for example, and it’ll get larger when you release it. Bring it right up to your face and it’ll become smaller. Line up a pattern on a wall and you’ll be able to grab that object. Confused? You will be when you fire up the game, that’s for sure, but delight will follow soon after.
With shades of Portal and The Stanley Project, Superliminal gets progressively more complex as you push onwards, but it’s never painfully difficult. Its plot, which has you stumbling deeper into your own psyche, is just enough to drive you onwards. And just how many games let you pull down the literal moon?
