Snap Up Some id and Bethesda Bargains With GOG’s QuakeCon 2023 Sale
GOG’s QuakeCon 2023 sale will let you can save big on a range of iD Software and Bethesda Softworks games.
You can snap up the remastered version of the original Quake for just £2.69/$3.28 and Quake 4 for £4.29/$5.33, but the savings in GOG’s Quakecon 2023 sale go beyond that. We’ve been poking around and we’ve stumbled across gems we’d forgotten existed.
Yes, to our shame we’d all but forgotten about the sheer joys of Heretic and Hexen. The former took the Doom engine and used it to create a fantasy FPS that we’re sorely tempted to dive back into. Starfield’s out in less than a month but we’re sure we can find time to kick D’Sparil’s backside.
There are many, many games on offer, the Fallout series included. You can browse the sale here, but we’ve picked out some games that should definitely be on your shopping list.
- Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate Edition – £5.29/$6.57
- Heretic / Hexen Collection – £1.49/$1.86
- Quake Remastered – £2.69/$3.28
- Quake 4 – £4.29/$5.33
- Dishonored: Complete Collection – £11.04/$13.70
- Prey – £6.29/$7.77
The best thing about these games is that, like most of GOG’s titles, they’re all DRM free. You can use GOG’s own game browser but you can also just download the install file, pop it on a laptop and not worry about having to log in.
GOG’s QuakeCon 2023 sale runs until Wednesday 13th August, so snap up these bargains while you can. Just don’t blame us if Prey makes you very, very suspicious of coffee mugs.
