Added to FIFA 17 and supported by the Frostbite engine is “The Journey”: a new mode that creates a story driven experience playing as Alex Hunter at any premier league club.
At first this was accidentally put up on YouTube early by one of EA Sports’ YouTube channels. Unfortunately for EA, it was spotted by many fans and EA have now officially revealed it on their main YouTube channel.
FIFA 17 is taking the advantage of the power behind the Frostbite engine it seems, but what else could they announce for FIFA at E3? We’ll find out soon. It appears you play a heavily story driven experience in any of the 20 premier clubs as player Alex Hunter. From the trailer it looks like it has gone quite in-depth even as far as going into Alex Hunter’s personal life as well as everything on the pitch.
