World of Warcraft: Legion Patch 7.1.5 Out This Week

An eagerly anticipated patch for World of Warcraft: Legion with plenty of class-balancing changes releases today in the US and tomorrow in the EU.
Coming this week to your region and realm is patch 7.1.5: a medium-sized patch for Legion. Most notably this patch brings plenty of class changes, and thankfully my main spec Elemental is finally getting plenty of welcome fixes. I’m looking forward to using frost shock for the first time in about six years. This patch is also preparing for the new raid Nighthold which will release on 17th/18th January.Â
Along with a massive list of class changes, World of Warcraft: Legion is also getting several other upgrades, the most notable of which are:
- The Brawler’s Guild is back and with a bang.
- There’s a much more efficient catch-up mechanic for artifact research, allowing you to pay order resources for levels of artifact research.
- A much shorter completion time for class hall research makes alts a much more friendly endeavour than before.
- More legendaries are being added and current ones are being changed (though unfortunately the one I have is being nerfed… thank you for your thoughts during these tough times).
You can find the full patch notes here. I hope your class got some nice tuning changes this time round ready in time for Nighthold in a few weeks.
