Final Fantasy XV Coming to PC Early 2018

The reason I haven’t played Final Fantasy XV yet is because I’ve been waiting for a PC version.

Turns out waiting was the right thing to do, since Square Enix has just announced Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition, coming early next year.

Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition will arrive on PC with better graphics and a higher framerate for those whose machines are able to handle it. It’s going to sport a rather cool first person mode too.

If you’ve got a fancy 4K TV, you can check out the trailer below in all its glory, highlighting some of the new enhancements and features included in the PC version. Those of us still making do with 1080p displays can also watch it too however, it just won’t be quite as impressive.

Released on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in November last year, Final Fantasy XV may have had its flaws, but it was still an utterly engrossing RPG that looked absolutely fantastic. I just can’t wait to see what it’s going to be like on PC.
