Where to Find the Loaded Shuriken in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

The Loaded Shuriken is the first of many upgrades you’ll find for your prosthetic arm in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

To find the Loaded Shuriken, simply follow the only path you can take leading out from the Dilapidated Temple area.

You’ll move through the Ashina Outskirts, fighting off your first sets of true enemies in the game. Shortly after beginning this trek, you’ll come across three wolves in front of a building on your path.

To your upper right, you’ll see a Sculptor Idol, which is the ‘Outskirts Wall – Gate Path’. Directly in front of that, you’ll see an opportunity to grapple onto the ledge of the building in front of you.

Once there, simply walk inside, turn to your left, and you’ll see an item glowing on this corpse in the corner:

Grab the Loaded Shuriken, take it back to the Dilapidated Temple, and speak with The Sculptor.

Ask him to install the tool on your prosthetic, and select what is, for now, your only choice. Once installed, go to the options/inventory menu by pressing start, and under the ‘Equipment’ tab you’ll see Prosthetic Tools. Select any open slot, equip the Loaded Shuriken, and boom! That’s how to equip the Loaded Shuriken in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
